Flexibility in service time on a stat holiday is very much appreciated. The charge was beyond fair; it was the best quote among competitors. The fact that they were happy to move my furniture from New Westminster to Vancouver was also phenomenal.

Excellent communication throughout the process, except I was not called prior to the appointment time that there will be a delay of 30 mins. Got a phone call several minutes later, though.

To the company: Please use gloves to protect your hands. You may consider investing in some trolley, fastening bands and thick cloth also to protect both your backs and the furniture. Avoid injuries by learning　the right posture when moving heavy furniture. You are certainly strong, but I am concerned in a long run. You have a great potential, so keep going.

Given that the business is new, these are understandable hiccups. Customer service was fast and on point. Overall, easy and pleasant to work with, as the movers have good energy.
