Stopped mid highway forcing payment, because I advised I would pay upon arrival as I felt unsafe. Terrible experience.

I would like to remind you that payment was due at pickup, as previously informed. At the time, you mentioned you would complete the payment shortly. However, after 30 minutes, you stated your banking app was not working and then stopped responding to calls and messages. When the driver followed up three hours later, you mentioned you would pay after being dropped off. This gave the impression of an intent to avoid payment.Please note that this is not how our process works.

Sir, while booking you gave a HOME ADDRESS for pickup. When we reached there, you said its a YARD next to it.The yard was fully covered with BLACK ICE and MUD. A tow truck can’t t go in and grab your vehicle. Only a tractor can.
Even after this we pulled your vehicle out and DELIVERED your vehicle and didn’t charged you a SINGLE penny EXTRA. It took us 4 HOURS EXTRA for this job.
