Excellent service. Highly recommended. They relocated my pet parrot from ottawa to toronto and it was the most seamless experience for me and my parrot .

It’s a good company. I don’t think they are motorcycle moving equipped.

Top move delivered my puppy safely. They answer my questions timely. My requests were also met. The pricing is reasonable. I’m glad that I got their service. I highly recommend them.

Initial communications could have been more detailed, however during delivery info, it was good. Delivery day & time was unexpected. but greatly appreciated. I received the item sooner than I anticipated. I would use this service again.

They answered my request very quickly, and did the delivery next day, which was appreciated. But they showed up without the proper manpower and tools for the job. They ran a rusty dolly over the floor of the pickup location, scratching and scuffing the tile floor, then broke a step on the wood stairs from the front door. My bookshelf showed up with some damage to one of its edges because they didn't have any blankets to protect it in transit. When I told them I had to pay $150 to replace the broken step, they told me that was normal "wear and tear," and refused to offer me a refund. I would not trust anything valuable to these guys.
